Client: Private
Location: Lozen, Sofia
Year: 2024
The project represents a complete reconstruction and furnishing of a single-family house located in a luxury gated residential complex near Sofia. The interventions on the second level are substantial, while on the ground floor the changes mainly involve partial reorganization of the functional zones. The basement level is fully designed and furnished as residential living space.
The work on the property lasted nearly a year. The electrical and plumbing installations were largely modified to comply with the new layout as well as with residential requirements. A central architectural element is the staircase, designed with solid steps, integrated sensor-controlled LED lighting, and a refined metal handrail.
The interior style follows a modern classic aesthetic, featuring soft pastel tones harmonized with black and gold accents. The interior also incorporates artworks by KrisBondart – www.krisbondart.com – as well as accessories by Preciso.
