The apartment is a luxurious, spacious apartment in an old brick building in a prestigious Sofia quarter. The original concept of the owners is to rent out the apartment after a major renovation. However, neither the cost nor the design is prioritized at the expense of the feature. On the contrary – everything is functionally selected and it’s high class without branding! To the delight of our studio after the repair, we reach the final result – “we would love to stay here so much” … After drastic reconstructions, relocation of walls, major repairs, alteration of the electrical installation, changes in the water supply and sewerage system, the Bondart team together with the investor reach the following floor plan – a spacious living room of 70 square meters, three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a laundry room and existing adjoining terraces. Two of the bedrooms remain unfurnished until their ideal occupant is found. The new tenant will decide, according to his or her own needs, what kind of a room he or she needs.
