The project is a complete transformation of an apartment in an old residential building from the 90s in a prestigious part of Sofia, Bulgaria. The renovations are serious, an existing toilet is transformed to a bathroom, a heat pump is installed. Work on the project has been going on for nearly a year. The electrical and plumbing are completely replaced and innovated for the new modern living requirements.
The style of the apartment is modern, it is based on calm and balanced tones. The main highlights are the colorful and impressive paintings of our colleague Kristina – www.krisbondart.com. All of this allows residents to always have the opportunity to change the vision without having to do major renovations.
